This Privacy Policy describes how and why IMT GAMES LLC (hereinafter referred to as “IMT GAMES”, “we”, or the “Company”) processes user data when you use the mobile game WFA (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”).

We may amend this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the Game before such changes come into effect. The changes shall enter into force 15 days after publication. By continuing to use the Game from the effective date of the changes, you agree to the updated version of the Policy.

By using the Game, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are and Data Processing Status

IMT GAMES acts as the data controller (operator) of users’ personal data. This means that we independently determine the purposes and methods of processing personal data in connection with the use of the Game.

As access to the Game is provided remotely, we may inadvertently collect personal data of individuals under the age of 16. If you are a minor, please ensure that your parent or legal guardian has read and understood the provisions of this Policy.

This Policy is accepted and confirmed on behalf of a minor by the minor’s parent or legal guardian. If you are a minor and are unable to inform your parent or legal guardian of the provisions of this Policy, or if you (or your parent or legal guardian) do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you must immediately discontinue use of the Game.

If a parent or legal guardian allows a minor to use the Game, this means that such parent or legal guardian has read and understood this Policy and has accepted it on behalf of the minor.

• limitation of purposes and retention periods;
• integrity and confidentiality of data.

3. Minimum Age of Users

The Game WFA is intended exclusively for users aged 16 years and older.

We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals under the age of 16. Use of the Game by persons under 16 years of age is prohibited.

If we become aware that personal data of a user under the age of 16 has been processed (including through the in-game text chat or customer support), we will take reasonable measures to delete such data as soon as possible.

4. What Data We Process

4.1. Data Provided Voluntarily by the User

We may process data that you voluntarily provide, including:

• username (nickname);
• messages sent via the in-game text chat;
• information submitted to customer support, including email address, the content of requests, and other information you voluntarily provide.

4.2. Data Collected Automatically

When using the Game, the following categories of data may be processed automatically:

• technical information about the device (model, manufacturer, OS version, language);
• application information (Game version, installation identifiers);
• IP address and generalized location information (country/city based on IP, without precise geolocation);
• Game usage data (game events, progress, session duration);
• diagnostic data (errors, crashes, performance data).

5. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing

We process data exclusively for the following purposes:

• ensuring the stable and secure operation of the Game;
• improving quality and user experience;
• enabling communication features between users;
• moderation and prevention of violations of the Game rules;
• responding to user inquiries;
• compliance with legal requirements.

The legal grounds for processing include:

• the legitimate interests of the Company;
• performance of a contract (providing access to the Game);
• voluntary provision of data by the user.

6. Text Chat and Moderation

The Game includes a text chat feature allowing users to communicate with each other.

We do not conduct continuous or prior monitoring of chat messages.
However, we may process chat messages in the following cases:

• review of complaints from other users;
• detection and prevention of violations of the Game rules;
• ensuring user safety;
• compliance with legal requirements.

Chat messages are not used for advertising purposes and are not shared with third parties, except as expressly required by law.

7. Use of Firebase and Cross-Border Data Processing

The Game uses Firebase (Google) for:

• Game usage analytics;
• crash and error diagnostics;
• performance monitoring.

Due to the use of Firebase, data may be processed on servers located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.

We apply generally accepted security measures and rely on standard data protection mechanisms used by infrastructure providers.

8. Data Sharing and Legal Disclosure

We do not sell users’ personal data.

Data may be transferred or disclosed solely in the following cases:

• to technical infrastructure and analytics providers (e.g., Google/Firebase);
• in response to lawful requests from government authorities or courts;
• to protect the rights, legitimate interests, and safety of IMT GAMES, users, or third parties;
• to investigate fraud, violations of the Game rules, or abuse.

9. In-Game Purchases (If Applicable)

The Game WFA includes in-game purchases of digital goods and/or services.

Payment processing is carried out by the application distribution platform (e.g., Google Play). IMT GAMES does not receive, process, or store users’ payment details, including bank card information or other payment data.

We may receive limited technical information from the distribution platform regarding the fact of a purchase, such as transaction identifier, date, and payment status. This information is used exclusively for:

• delivering purchased in-game content;
• restoring purchases;
• handling customer support requests;
• compliance with legal requirements.

Refunds, payment cancellations, and other payment-related operations are carried out in accordance with the rules and policies of the distribution platform (Google Play).

IMT GAMES does not independently make decisions regarding refunds, except in cases expressly предусмотренных the rules of the relevant platform.

10. Data Retention Periods

We retain data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.

• chat and Game usage data are stored for the duration of the user’s activity;
• after the user stops using the Game, data is deleted or anonymized within 12 months, unless longer retention is required by law.

11. User Rights

You have the right to:

• request information about the personal data we process;
• request deletion of the data you have provided;
• withdraw your consent to data processing where such processing is based on consent.
